Sterling Healthcare Resourcing is a medical recruitment services business and resource run by Sze-Zin Lo and his small team to help Australian and international doctors get permanent and locum medical jobs with various employers all across Australia.
How are we different?
We work with a handful of doctors on a one-on-one basis through the entire job search and job application process, from start to finish. This is an incredibly time consuming process, and can be a full-time job all in itself, which is why it is tremendously helpful for our doctors to have us help them through it all.
More than just a recruitment services business, we are committed to creating a library of resources so that we can help as many doctors as possible with navigating the overwhelming medical career pathways in Australia, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
About Sze-Zin Lo
(Hint: pronounce ‘Sze-Zin’ like the word ‘Season’).
I started my career in medical and healthcare recruitment in 2010, in Melbourne, Australia. I worked with a number of well-established medical recruitment firms before launching out to set up Sterling Healthcare Resourcing in February of 2015. I run a very streamlined operation with Sterling, so that I can look after each of my doctor’s and client’s needs. But don’t take my word for it, check out kind words from doctors we’ve served.
Balancing life with working as a doctor is no joke, my friend. I make the whole ‘getting-a-job’ process (YES, that includes paperwork!) as easy for you as possible so that you can focus on what you do best.
Pre-med recruitment, I worked in retail management for 12 years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Capilano University in Vancouver, Canada where I grew up.
